He actualizado loa drivers que me recomienda el soporte de HP a mi portátil para Intel HD Graphics 620

Después de actualizar y reiniciar el sistema el portátil enciende, aparece el logotipo de HP cargando por unos minutos después de eso seguidamente la pantalla se queda en negro, no se apaga ni nada, solamente queda en negro y encendida, ya que, se baja el brillo y cuando aplastó cualquier tecla o muevo el mouse se sube el brillo

Necesito ayuda con esto por favor, podría reinstalar los drivers desde un usb?
