The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1 on page 2.
There are one or two memory slots depending on if the notebook has a core processor or pentium/celeron processor.
The memory upgrade procedures can be found in chapter 6.

Hey! Thanks for your help. Although I have one doubt. The manual says that the memory is non customer accessible/ non upragdeable. But it also says that it would support upto 16 GB of RAM. Forgive me if this sounds stupid, but im an amateur.

It is a great question...
The meaning is that you (the customer) are not supposed to be doing the upgrade yourself.
It is supposed to be done by an authorized HP service center.
If you know that you can do the job yourself without breaking anything in the process (thus voiding the warranty), feel free to open up the notebook and upgrade the memory.
