Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can I update a driver that includes a Bluetooth option for a 700-230qe desktop computer? I have upgraded the operating system to Windows 10 Home 64-bit. I see I can download the Bluetooth driver for Windows 8.1. Is there a workaround where I can have Bluetooth and  Windows 10?

Your machine has one of the following 2 options

  • Integrated Bluetooth 4.0 and Wireless LAN 802.11b/g/n featuring Single-band (2.4Ghz) 1x1 technology
  • Integrated Bluetooth 4.0 and Wireless LAN 802.11a/b/g/n featuring Dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) 2x2 MIMO technology

Please go to Device Manager, Network Adapters to see which one do you have and post back. Hope we can find a right BT driver for you.

Regards.

See below for the Network adapters I have on my computer. Thanks for the help!

Not sure you can view the image I attached. I didn't see either of those options under "Network adapters". The only driver I see that has Bluetooth is under "Other devices" and it is called "Bluetooth Controller".
