In the mentioned notebook model, can it support an additional ddr4 ram and can it support a different processor like core i5.
It has initially 4gb ddr3 ram and core i3.
I want to upgrade it to 16gb of ddr4 ram and processor of core i5.
Your opinions are hugely welcomed.

Hi,
You can not upgrade the Processor as it is integrated on the motherboard (soldered), so you would need to replace the whole motherboard which would be real expensive.
Your notebook uses DDR3L RAM, not DDR4 RAM. So you can install max 16GB of DDR3L 1600MHz RAM (2x8GB)
Example:

On page 56 of the service manual, you can see the steps to install the RAM

For a great boost in performance, you should replace the 2,5" HDD with a 2.5" SATA3 SSD and reinstall the OS on it.
Hope it helps,
David
