Hi,

 

          When you turn ON the unit, start tapping F2 to key to launch diagnostic screen. Run a test on System board, Hard disk drive and Memory. Check if all the tests passes or any of the test fails. If any test fails, reply with that so that I can give you more steps to resolve the issue.
