HP Recommended

My hp laptop is asking for administrator or power on password when starting up, when I put in an invalid password three times it comes up with this : [ i 70097538 ]

 

Please help, I need to get onto my laptop urgently - thanks!

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
