Hello. I need help with Adobe Acrobat.
When i try to open .pdf file which was downloaded a month ago i recieve the following message:
"There was a problem reading this document ".
I tried to open it on another computer but no luck.
Please advise me something pdf file fix

Sounds like the document became corrupt in the sending of the email. Ask the sender to send you a new copy of the attachment. Or use this application - PDF Fix Toolbox. It reads pdf files and restores the data into a new file.

HP does not sell Adobe Acrobat -- Adobe sells and supports their own product line.
You can download the latest Adobe Reader DC and Foxit Reader programs for free:
