I encountered the exact same problem. Luckily, I was able to pinpoint the cause of the problem without doing bios flash, etc. I went through a lot of material before stumbling upon a thread about CS6 causing booting issues in Windows 11.

 

I pretty much gave up on CS6 until I found this thread. Can you share the exact registry key that needs to be modified? Should it be modified before or after CS6 installation? Thank you!

 

BTW, the exact problem is on my new Dell computer. It's the software compatibility issue, unrelated to the hardware.
