Hi there!
I also have the same issue - we have two redemption codes to use due to new PC purchases, and the email lists two activation codes that do not work (as someone else has noted, the site expects a 24-character code whereas the HP email provides a 34-character long code). Both offers expire 31 October 2025, so the codes should be valid.
If you could also drop a private message to assist, that'd be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,
I recently purchased a new printer on the offer of a years creative cloud code
The code I have received is 32 characters long but Adobe only allows 24 characters to be entered
Currently I have Tried:
- entering a few different combinations of sections of the code but not luck redeeming it (start, end, middle)
- Contacting Adobe who say the code provider should have provided a valid 24 char code
Others also appear to have a similar issue, please could you advise on how to redeem these codes as there appear to expire at the end of the month
