I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro and the HSL Secondary options aren't working. When I choose the eye dropper and move the sliders the image is now unaffected. It used to turn a grey screen but now it doesn't. I've contacted Adobe and gone on the Adobe Community Help. I've updated literally every driver from the HP website, the NVIDIA drivers, the Intel Drivers. Adobe says it's a workflow issue but I think it's either to do with my hardware or drivers: Since updating the drivers the problem has changed slightly as per the above. I'm going to try Adobe help again as well as here/the HP website.

I seem to remember that about seven months ago when I last tried using it the HSL Secondary was working fine.

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with Adobe issues, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.
