Adobe Software Code too long to redeem

Ive bought an Omnibook with a free Adobe Creative Cloud licence and as many have said here before, my code is too long to be redeemed. A few other people here had the same problem but there wasnt any solution posted. my code is still valid till 31 of october so id like help.
