How do i get Adobe Flash Player to run? I have it installed but can't get it work run so I can do what i need to do

There are two different Adobe Flash Players:  32 NPAPI, and 32 PPAPI.  There is also the Adobe Shockwave Player.

 

If you look into Control Panel --> Programs and Features, the Adobe products will be the first things at the top of the list. 

 

Which one do you have installed?
