Hi, I'm trying to change my ram speed since I bought another 8 gb 3200mhz to have 16 gb. The issue that I run is that the ram is only showing 2666mhz on task manager, do you know how to solve this issue? If I can acces an advanced bios mode it will help a lot. Thanks in advance

Hi @SebahSSJ
First you need to know your complete model or SKU which has this form ASDFG#ABC. Secondly, no HP notebook supports XMP memory which are the ones that give problems with the frequency and therefore as no HP notebook supports this memory you can not change the memory frequency.
So ask ;
Which memory did you buy, an XMP, did you check if your processor supports 3200 frequency?
