Hi. My English is poor, so sorry. I have an issue. I have to access to advanced menu in BIOS, but I don't know how to do it. Please, help me with my problem.

NO -- as I said, OEMs lock out the advanced BIOS options.

Sorry, but OEMs lock out the advanced BIOS options to prevent customers from making changes to options that can destabilize or otherwise damgage the PC -- and then send it back for repair under warranty claiming they did nothing to it.

I know that my actions can damage the notebook. So, is any options to unlock the advanced menu or no?

 can you increase the allowable RAM in Bios?

My windows 10 is 64bt...but the max RAM is only 8GB..

how to increase it
