Hi everyone,

 

I'm considering upgrading the RAM on my HP Pavilion laptop to improve its performance for multitasking and running resource-intensive programs. Currently, it has 8GB of RAM (DDR4-2400 SDRAM) and I'm looking to upgrade to 16GB or 32GB.

 

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with upgrading RAM on a HP Pavilion laptop and could provide advice on compatible RAM models, installation instructions, and any potential issues to watch out for.

 

Also, is it worth upgrading to 32GB of RAM or would 16GB suffice for my needs? I use my laptop mainly for web browsing, document editing, photo editing, and occasional video editing.
