Why do I keep getting logged out after logging into an app on my laptop. The app is "Edited". Please help as I need access for work.

I understand that you’re able to sign in, but you are automatically logged out shortly afterward, which is preventing you from accessing the application for work.

 

To help narrow down the cause, could you please provide the following details?

Which app are you trying to log in to?

Is the application a Windows application, or are you accessing it through a web browser?

If it is a browser, which browser are you using?

Also let us know your HP laptop model and Windows version.
