Hi, I upgraded the version Download BIOS update application from the official website.
But then my computer shuts itself off after exactly 30 minutes of booting up.
And this happened after the bios update. I am waiting for your help.

Hi @samebaho
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP Notebook after a BIOS update. BIOS updates are critical, and sometimes issues like this can occur. Here are steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:
Check for Updates: Ensure that all your drivers and Windows operating systems are up-to-date. Sometimes, other drivers may conflict with the new BIOS. Visit the official HP website and download the latest drivers for your specific model.
BIOS Rollback: If the issue started immediately after the BIOS update, consider rolling back to the previous version. Check the HP support website for your laptop model to find the instructions and necessary files for reverting to the older BIOS version.
Power Settings: Check your power settings to make sure that the system is not configured to shut down after a specific period. Go to "Power & sleep settings" and adjust the power plan settings to ensure that it's not causing the shutdown.
Temperature Monitoring: Overheating can cause sudden shutdowns. Download and install a temperature monitoring tool to check if your laptop is running too hot. If temperatures are high, it could be a cooling system issue.
Hardware Check: Run a diagnostic test on your hardware. HP usually provides built-in diagnostics that you can access during the boot process. Check for any issues with the RAM, hard drive, or other components.
Restore Defaults in BIOS: Access the BIOS settings during bootup and check if there is an option to reset to default settings. Sometimes, incorrect BIOS configurations can cause stability issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-

Hello, I have tried all the methods you have written but I have not been able to restore the bios to the old version. I have updated the operating system, updated my drivers, cleaned the fan and applied new thermal paste but my problem is still not solved. How can I install the old bios version because my computer shuts itself down completely after 30 minutes. Thanks for reply.

Hi, I downloaded version f44 from the official website, but the system won't let me install it... I try pressing Windows + B but it stays on the black screen, no reaction. Please find a solution to my problem, I'm trying everything but I can't find any solution :(, thank you for your reply by the way.
