The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.

There is no fix for the problem you are having other than to use a USB Bluetooth adapter, or replace the Ralink Wi-Fi card with this model where both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth should work on W10 or W11:

 

Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter    HP part # 753077-001
