I can't revert either because its been more than 10 days. I looked at online guides and it says to update touchscreen driver but the touchscreen driver is missing.

You can downgrade even after 10 days ...

Downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10

Hey @Ub6424 thanks for the reply. I check it out and this is what I got.

It won't let me keep my apps and files. It's forcing me to choose "Nothing". I don't want to delete everything.

This is a difficult case...

 

(1) You should backup your private data (documents, pictures, videos) to an external <USB hard drive> !

 

(2) Reinstall windows operating system:
