Product: Omen Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two issues with the Omen command center.

 

1 The command center allows users to change to performance mode.  The command center should also allow for fan performance to be changed to "aggressive mode" which would keep the CPU at a cooler than normal temperature.  Currently, the only option is auto or max.

 

2 The game launcher will not recognize my game, meaning the auto profile will not switch when my game is loaded.

  1. HP used to include Fan control in OCC but I think the failing rate was unacceptable due to many users kept fans speed up and down more than designed parameters. It is much better to let the heat sensors to control fans.
  2. I believe HP is working on the auto profile topic.
