The inbuilt Alexa software that comes with HP pavilion x360 dh1180tu is not working for ENGLISH (India). Please help.

Alexa is third-party software and we here have no information on debugging it or fixing problems with it.

Alexa is a service provided through Amazon -- and it needs the appropriate software installed on the device.
You would have to contact Amazon, as I gave you a link, to see if you need to download a newer version of the software from them or if you need to change their settings to get the service to work. We have no way of doing either.
