Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The inbuilt Alexa software that comes with HP pavilion x360 dh1180tu is not working for ENGLISH (India). Please help.

Alexa is third-party software and we here have no information on debugging it or fixing problems with it.

Thank You sir  for showing interest and helping me out.

 

But this model of HP says it comes with an inbuilt Alexa.

 

That's what HP claims but this inbuilt software is not working fine.

Alexa is a service provided through Amazon -- and it needs the appropriate software installed on the device.

 

You would have to contact Amazon, as I gave you a link, to see if you need to download a newer version of the software from them or if you need to change their settings to get the service to work.  We have no way of doing either.
