All BIOS updates after F.06 are trash on the Spectre 14 2020 and no one should bother updating

The BIOS version F.06 is the definitive best BIOS for the Spectre 14 2020. How so? It has fast wake up times from sleep when opening the lid, and the fans work as any laptop's fans under load would work. Now, when updating to F.07, the quick wake from sleep times are gone and it now takes about 5 seconds before the laptop wakes from sleep. Now, cue in F.08, and you get the same slow wake from sleep times and now the fans ramp up and down when doing anything performance intensive. Following F.09, F.23 and the latest F.24, ALL of those new BIOS versions all have the same issue. And these issues are not isolated to just me. Various users have reported on all of these issues before.

These are widespread issues and literally the only fix in existence for these issues is to risk downgrading the BIOS to the original F.06 as I had to make a guide entirely myself to be able to do this and not experience any other bugs later on. If I hadn't been able to do this fix, I probably would've either returned it or sold it at a used price, as apart from these issues, it's been a solid laptop overall for what it is. I really hope HP can fix this with the next BIOS update that they release but it's been more than a year that HP has released this laptop and still not a single BIOS update can be as good as the original F.06 was from the beginning.

New Spectre 14 BIOS is out (F.25) and of course it address an issue literally no one has complained about

"- Fixes an issue where the system stops functioning (hangs) during the power-on self test (POST) when the system is connected to a wireless mouse."

But of course the slow wake times which has been an issue from BIOS version F.07 is not addressed. Why can't HP just make it like F.06 to have good certified Intel EVO instant wake times and be done with it.
