Product: Hp 15 bs579tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new hp 15 bs579tx notebook,installed windows 10 64 bit ,downloaded and installed all the necessary drivers from hp website but  amd readon is still showing that drivers not installed or not working properly .also not been able to use WiFi(,not showing anywhere) and not been able to receive files through Bluetooth although I am able to send.kindly help

where I presume you have already been.

 

The make of the BlueTooth is.......

 

How did you install the ??????? make of WiFi if it is not showing anywhere?

 

Device Manager has a hidden option that may be where the WiFi is listed.

Why did a new laptop need to have W10 64 bit installed? Why did you need to install all the drivers for the hardware?

 

So name of WiFi / Bluetooth maker please.

 

If in doubt please ask.

I have a HP 15-BS576TX with AMD Radeon 520 Switchable graphics card. The driver version to download is:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81001-81500/sp81248.html

Download link (600MB d/l size):  ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81001-81500/sp81248.exe

 

Before that use AMD Clean Uninstall utility to uninstall previous drivers: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
