Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there!

After rsesetting my HP pavillion15-cs3073cl, and runnung on windows 11 home, i am not able to open various microsoft apps such as store, photos viwers, phone link app etc. Have done various troubleshooting to run the store but its crashing all the time and shows a error " ms-window-store:PurgeCahes" The app didn't start !!.

Please guide accordingly.
