Like the title says,

 

are the keys on this laptop removable so I can get all the dust and little dirty pieces out of there?

Generally NO.  Some high-end Gaming laptops are made with removable keys that are designed to be replaced in order to be upgraded, but other laptops have keys that will break if you remove them.

 

You will have to use cans of compressed air you get from office supply stores and spray the air under the keys as best you can.
