Hi,

I wanted to download drivers for HP Victus 15-FA1093DX. I went to driver download page of FA1000 series and after downloading one or two package, I refreshed the site and drivers became unavailable.

At first it said We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product.  Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again.” and after a few tries now the whole page redirects me to HP's 404 page with message "We can't seem to find the page you were looking for.". Strangely enough FA0000 series page is just fine and every thing is normal.

I've tried different browsers (Brave, Firefox, Chrome), different devices (desktop and phone) and different networks. Even asked a friend in another country to check it and neither that worked.

What is the problem? or what can I do?

This is a recent laptop and possibly the web page has not been updated.

There is a parts list here

You have an intel processor and an RTX-3050

Your should have the HP Support Assistant that can get HP updates if any become available.

You can get NVidia "Game Ready' drivers here, just select the 30 series notebook and pick the 3050

You can look for Intel driver and app updates with Intel's support assistant

if your Device Manager shows problems that cannot be resolved with windows 11 updates then post the problem here

 

You can also contact HP and ask when support is available
