Hello, I have a HP laptop and I want to know it's specs but I don't have it with me at the moment. Are the specs in the HP specification page for my device the same for the device of that same model. For instance, I have and HP 15-da0030nr, does this mean that it will have the same CPU and RAM as the ones listed here if it was never changed? HPhttps://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06038598

Yes, that is correct.
Every HP 15-da0030nr notebook will have the below specifications unless someone did upgrades to it such as adding memory or a NVMe SSD.

yes absolutely, if you have a computer that has the same name, and reference like this
unless there is an error on the product page, you will have exactly the same configuration
this will not always be the case, on the other hand, if you look at a model of the same series, but different model:
