As soon as I put my microsoft password in, the screen would go blank

I was really hoping someone would solve my problem, Cause I have been trying to set this laptop up but as soon as I put my password in, the loading screen would appear for a full second and vanish leaving me with a blank screen and going back to retype the password does not help, it will do the same thing over again, I am hoping someone will respond to this cause i want to use this laptop as soon as possible

So, please provide the following:
1) detailed model number of the PC
2) OS version the PC is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
3) Age of the PC
