I unistalled my audio drivers by mistake and can't find them on hp official website. My laptop's name is HP Notebook 15-dy1771ms. I use Windows 11 version 21H2 (64-bit). Please Help. There is also no sound, and my laptop does not detect a signal from any USB ports or from the HDMI port, only the USB-C port.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if the W11 audio driver from the 15-dy2000 model series also works for yours.
There are two to choose from:
6.0.9244.1 Mar 24, 2022
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp139001-139500/sp139246.exe
6.0.9159.1 Aug 3, 2021

Hi so I downloaded both of them and restarted my laptop afterwards, and the audio drivers were still not detected. Please guide me on what to do now. I have looked everywhere for a solution and you are my only hope.

Hi:
If neither of those drivers worked, unfortunately, I don't have any other ideas for you to try.
You may have to back up any files you need to save onto a portable hard drive and use the HP cloud recovery tool to factory reset the PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
