AutoCad Compatibility

This may seem a base question yet I pose it after previously having extreme difficulties. This said, I’m aware of AutoCad’s system requirements however is the Envy series capable of running this program? Downloading the program was unsuccessful even with professional IT assistance which led to a return. I thought I had done my homework confirming compatibility. Looking for any input. Thank you

You mean downloading (copying the install files to your PC) or installing the application?

If you had Downloading issues, that is most likely related to the Browser you were using, or if you are using the MS default AV product Windows Defender, that can interfere with downloads.  And that has nothing to do with any hardware capabilities of HP equipment.
