I am using a brand new HP notebook. HP support assistant is telling me that there are 6 updates available. When I click on download, it goes through the various stages, creating a restore point etc, but when it gets to install it opens a box which says at the top 'Installation complete', but inside the box it says 'cancelled instruction' I have tried several times and the same thing happens every time on each of the available 6 updates.

Hi,
Please delete all the updates from HP support assistance and click on check for updates.
If any updates listed try to install again.
