Hi,

i was trying to find the B&O suite download in the driver page of my laptop but it seems to be disappeared.

Every time i used to insert a jack, it notified me with either a sound and a popup, now nothing happens.

So i decided to reinstall the suite in order to get rid of any issue with the software.

Can someone please tell me where i can find the download?

Thanks and hope someone will help me.

Sorry for my bad english.
Have a nice day.

The B&O interface is provided by the Realtek software package which you can download and install from this link.

Hi @Marlep98

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Bang and Olufsen Audio App issue.

Please try these steps -

1) In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

2) Double-click Sound, video and game controllers.

3) Right click on the Audio drivers and click on uninstall.

4) Restart the computer.

Download and install the driver from this link.

You may also try updating the computer using these steps -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi, sorry for the delay

Today i've tried what you suggested, that package contains the realteck drivers which i can find easly.

Audio drivers are fine, i'm talking about the "B&O Play" suite which i could find in the past.

Thanks for the help anyway.

Sorry for my bad english.

Ok, i've installed the package but still doens't get the notification when a device is plugged in.

That's a minor problem, it doens't matter since B&O Play works anyway.

The goal was to find the B&O Play package.

Thanks for the assistance.

Is it a USB device? If yes, open Settings > Devices > Select USB from the left side.

No, it is a 3.5mm jack, doesn't matter, it works the same.
