B&O aplication not found

Help.. my B&O get uninstall cz the equalizert can't detect by the application..

ex: my bluetooth speaker and the headset i cant config the equalizer. but the defult speaker can do equalizer..

i have try anything by install and uninstall the driver sound card..

and search the solution form the forum still not any affected..

and i try by hp support assistant still same..

any solution??

Please try HP Audio Control, you should be able to use B&O Equalizer from there. To access HP Audio Control you need

   (a) Hit Win key to get Main menu.

   (b) Locate HP and then HP Audio Control.

there's no HP Audio control in my menu..

and also i have done searching still not found Mr @Banhien..
