Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I am a college student and I type a lot to write papers and over the past year, my keyboard seems to be selective of when it wants my B and N keys to work sometimes. It mostly happens when I am using Microsoft word and other sites and programs where I type a lot. This problem seems to go away sometimes when I update my PC and will come back when I update my PC again or just come back out of nowhere. Looking for help on how to fix this so I don't have to worry about my keys not working all the time.

@JCBullard -- two suggestions:

1. connect an external USB keyboard, and type on it -- probably more comfortable to use than the built-in keyboard.

2. get a computer technician to replace the keyboard
