OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L1AV)

PXL_20240810_104452987.jpgHello
It all started with an error where my laptop would not start using only the battery. When I pressed the power button, the LED next to the power plug began to flash, even with the battery at 100%. When the power adapter is plugged in I can boot the device without problems, and I immediately disconnect it from the power and the computer continues to function normally. But again, once I turn it off, it is necessary to connect it to the electrical network for it to start again.
I investigated all the solutions I could do from Windows and none of them worked. The next thing I did was a test from the bios to rule out that the problem was not Windows, and it can actually confirm that the problem was not the Operating System.
The results of the battery test were: "Battery not detected/not connected". Evidently the battery was connected, because once the device was started, I could disconnect it from the power and continue functioning normally for hours.
The search for a solution to this problem led me to discover that my BIOS was not updated to the latest version, and in several forums they said that the battery problem could be solved in many cases by updating the BIOS.
I go to the HP support page, look for my laptop model and download the latest version of the BIOS.
And now is when the next problem comes.
When the new BIOS installation is running, there is no problem in the process of copying and verifying the files, the status bar reaches 100%, but it is in the next step "Clearing pending image" when the fans turn on. 100% and the device turns off after 1-2 seconds. When it starts again I get the "CMOS reset 502" message, which returns me to an old version of the BIOS continuing with the battery problem.
I have to say that I have tried updating the BIOS from Windows and from a USB flash drive, and the result has been the same, the update does not complete.
I hope you can help me.
Greetings in advance.
