Thanks for your reply.
The problem is simple. This laptop is working with the latest updates from MS without any faults.
First I have the original power supply HP and is in perfect shape giving the proper voltage 19.67 volts.
Second I have a new battery made in Germany one of the best.
Now the problem is the flowing I charge the unit to the full charge and after one week the battery is 60 percent.
This issue was reported by many people but I did not see a good solution.
I can do anything to this laptop to solve this problem.
Please let me have a good answer.
