HP ProBook 650 G5 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 11

In device manager I can see one 'Sound, video and game controller' device and two audio-related Intel entries under 'System devices'. The OED device shows an exclamation mark.  Still no audio after uninstalling each, then reinstalling with the newest version downloaded from HP. Audio diagnostics test passes in the BIOS, and I can hear the test tones through notebook speakers. The issue remains the same after a clean Windows 11 install.  Thank you in advance -
