could you please help me in finding the F.53 BIOS update for HP Spectre 360X, Model 13-4021ng.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

Unfortunately, the unit has reached end of support life and software or drivers are unavailable for your product. However, we would suggest you please try BIOS recovery, 
 

>Turn off the computer.
>Press and hold Windows + B (or Windows + V on some models).
>While holding the keys, press and hold the Power button for 2–3 seconds.
>Release the Power button but keep holding the keys until the BIOS recovery screen appears.
>Follow the on-screen instructions.
