My laptop didnt have locked port (NFC) how to unlock ?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to unlock the locked ports in BIOS.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?

I would like to inform you that there is no option in the BIOS to lock or unlock any ports on the computer.

My device model is : 4NL13UT#ABA 

The issue : 

The NFC port in my laptop "Zbook Studio x360 G5" is not working after attach the NFC module "L33682-001"

i mean it is not appear in BIOS and Device Manager ...

I recommend you contact HP phone support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
