Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, I would to ask if someone can help me with my HP 250 G7 laptop, because I can't remember the BIOS Administration password.
Talking with the EU support they said that I have to change the motherboard.
Is there anything I can do with the provided code? (i 67882304)
