I think my computer is out of warranty although i purchased the device last August 201t6 in Chile

its okay.

 

 

I am planning to take a look at do a manual bios reset on the motherboard unfortunately i am having difficulty removing the top cover of the keyboard. is there any way i can get a diagram on this?

 

All your help will be so much appreciated.

Please look up the service and maintenance guide completely for replacing components. It gives you all the required information about supported and compatible parts along with part numbers as well.

I too have an identical problem.  My pc is a pavilion 17-g101dx and its bios is currently F.52.   From the support site, it recommends F-84 Rev A which contains images for boards 80A0, 80A9, 809B, and 8092.  But there is no 8094.

 

Please please send me the bios update for board 8094.  Thanks
