Hi Hopefully HP Team You are well and doing great so i'm suffering from some problems i want bios updat setup 

i'm worried to much. when i go to hp support website and puting my serial number so then it in stuck the searching you can see the below screen shoot plzz plzz i want Bios update error.PNG

Hi:

 

The support page works fine for me.

 

You have to be using Microsoft Edge as that is the default browser to use to access the HP support pages.

 

Your notebook does not have a BIOS update listed under the W8.1 driver section.

 

There is one listed under the W8 driver section, but the notes indicate the update is supposed to be run on W7 or W8.

 

Driver - HP 2000-2c20DX Notebook PC | HP® Customer Support

 

Update the BIOS in W8.1 at your own risk.
