Product: HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0024ng
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Dear all,
I get error codes 601 and 502 on my notebook. It looks like the battery pack is broken. The first step is to figure out what is wrong, as HP describes, to be sure that the BIOS works, and to take an update. I can't find any updated data, so my question is, is there still support for our device? If yes, where can I get an update? If no, how can I fix the problem with the battery pack?
Thanks for your support.
Michael
