Hello. I am trying to get my BIOS driver updated as I got my laptop back in 2013 and the driver is outdated for me to upgrade my OS from Windows 8.1 to 10. However, the problem that I'm running into is whenever I go to the HP Support site and enter in my laptop details in the "Software and Drivers" section, it says it can take up to 3 minutes but it's been hours today and the screen won't load any drivers for me to update. Is my laptop a lost cause, or is there a workaround to get this resolved? Thank you!
Edit: I want to add that my current BIOS Version/Date is Insyde F.66, 9/22/2015
