I have tried to install the latest BIOS update. It installs and asks for restart, and while at the boot screen it stops. then it has to be hard reset with power button to release the screen.
also it takes 2 loops to at boot to start the windows. What I mean with 2 loops is, at first the boot screen appears and after 3 to 5 secs again it restarts itself and then after the boot screen it enters into the windows.
cannot figure out what is the issue causing the problem.
i feel like, if the update to BIOS is done properly, the later issue will be resolved automatically.
