I need bios update or re-install old BIOS, for windows 10 Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.2075), HP ENVY Laptop 17-ce1xxx, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz
Was F.04-11/28/2019, tried update to 20H2 F.04-11/28/2019, but browser and keyboard behave badly. BIOS recovery to old version failed.

(1) Create Windows system <restore point>
How to Create a System Restore Point on Windows 10 or Windows 11
(2) Download and install BIOS Update

(3) Reboot
(4) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !
(5) Download and install / update
Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver | 2108.100.0.1053 Rev.H | 17.3 MB | Sep 9, 2021 | Download |
(6) Reboot Windows
(7) Test your notebook
