Dave, Thanks. Competed BIOS update and than able to download and install Windows 10 update. Now it tells me I am

missing VCRUNTIME140.dll. Is This something I need?

Hi,

It is part of Visual C++ which is usually installed together with the application which needs it (it can sometimes become corrupted). However you can download and install from Microsoft. First try visual C++ 2015 and see if the message goes away. If not, you can try installing C++ 2010.

Here is link to C++ 2015, download and install the 64-bit version. You might need to also install the 32-bit version if the application which needs it is a 32-bit application.

Visual C++ 2010:

32-bit

64-bit

Hope it helps,
