Hi, I need to downgrade the laptop BIOS from version 18 to version 17.
I followed the instructions found on the web (WIN + B button, etc ..) but after the recovery the version remains the same.
It seems that within the machine the active version and the copy are the same version (18), so I downloaded version 17 on a USB flash drive, but the version doesn't change although the recovery process completes without errors.
Do you have any suggestions?
