Hi, when I'm working on the hp, some Times it shuts down and stays like that for 10 mins, when I turn it back on I get a blue message saying BIOS error (502) and I went to hp.com/hpbioserror500 when I got the error 502 I got the Bios recovery error (500) and I can't understand this, can you help me? THANK YOU
