Hello, 

Seems that the download page for Pavillion tx1000/tx1316au is no longer available. I am looking specifically for the BIOS update.

Hi:

 

HP retires support for PC's over 10 years old, which is why you can't find any information on it.

 

Below are the links to the last BIOS update released for your notebook...

 

According to the info, the BIOS update is supposed to be run in Windows Vista only.
